In the maritime region of Togo, latrines are nearly nonexistent. Because this is a flood-prone area, open water sources are contaminated and filled with parasites. Schoolchildren do not have clean water to drink or any sanitation facilities. You can help solve this problem! ADRA will install latrines and wells in six elementary schools, as well as train teachers in hygiene practices. The children’s parents will partner to supply the needed sand and gravel.
