After 12 years of civil war in Burundi, refugees continue to return in hope of rebuilding their lives. Returnees are given a small house to live in; however, there is no land on which they can grow food. ADRA will teach vulnerable women and orphans to grow kitchen gardens in plastic bags around their homes. With your help, individuals will receive training, plastic bags with soil, vegetable seeds, tools, and fertilizer. How many will you feed?
