School attendance is impossible for children from families living below the extreme poverty line in Kyrgyzstan. Nearly a quarter of the population living in the Talas mountain region exists on less than $7 a month. Send a child to school by providing a set of warm clothing, sturdy warm boots, schoolbooks and supplies, and necessary hygiene items. In addition, you will provide a struggling mountain school with a desk and chair to enhance a child’s learning. Help end the cycle of poverty by sending a child to school!
