Fourteen-year-old D.C. used to live with her grandparents, who both had serious challenges. Sadly, their health and disabilities became so bad that they couldn’t care for D.C. … and there was no one else who could.
She faced being homeless and on the streets, as well as missing out on the rest of her schooling. It was a dangerous situation for a young girl like D.C.
Fortunately, ADRA’s Rainbow of Hope Children’s Centre in Moldova was there to provide D.C. with a new home and surround her with people who cared about her and her future. She’s now happy, healthy, and doing well at school!
